In this video I’m going to give you five content marketing ideas for November then I’m going to talk a little bit about bee dance where I have some big announcements I’ve been talking about for a little while here. So I’m going to show you that at the end into this video and also a really big announcement about a new series the new challenge I’m going to do for myself called the day challenge basically can i start and a successful is the hope online store in days I’ll give you more details later in this video but first let’s get to the five different types of content that you can work on that you can put out for this November. So the first one of course is Thanksgivings coming up Thanksgivings at the end November I’m sure you’re already well aware of but the idea behind this is what are people in your industry what are they interested in when it comes to Thanksgiving. So with bee dance were my dance clothing it’s obviously geared towards moms and their probably their s s stuff like that. So they’re probably interested in recipes decorating tips all different things now for this second company I’m going to be starting soon I’ll talk about later for the day challenge it’s more geared towards crossfitters paleo type people are getting in shape stuff like that. So I might want to do an article about how to eat clean this Thanksgiving holiday or how to bulk during thanksgiving how to use thanksgiving is a cheap meal. So I mean think about what Thanksgiving means to your demographic what they get out of it why do they like it. So for the dance moms obviously they liked it because they can host they can show off their cooking skills I mean that’s part of the tradition and I’m being stereotypical here but that’s kind of what you need to do the cross fitters on the other hand many of them have maybe mixed feelings or you know like the really health nuts might have mixed feelings on Thanksgiving because generally it’s such a gorge type thing. So maybe help them ease that tension a little bit the next thing is second type of content is gift guides. So you can do different types of gift guide. So once again what I might do is a gift guide for dancers getting ready for the holiday season for my b dancewear for my other company that I’ll be starting soon it might be gift guides for cross fitters gift guides for in shape people gift guides for biohackers things like that. So whatever your target demographic is the end user you could do gift guides for or whoever the person is making the purchase for me with the dance clothing the person making the purchase is different than the end user the end user would be the dancer that’s actually sitting there wearing it where the dance mom is more likely to be purchasing it or the studio owner things of that nature another interesting twist and this is the third type of content marketing you can potentially do is some kind of a seasonal or no saw holiday shopping survival guides. So Black Friday’s coming up give them some tips on what do people in your demographic what do they need to know. So for the CrossFit the Dance Moms is pretty obvious it’s like how to whatever survive the season for the crossfitters it could be something completely different for like the health nuts out there it’s how to avoid the lines where to get the best deals think about the kind of stores that those people are going to be buying from and talk about what’s what are the best deals like what are the best ways to get around the crowds all that kind of stuff another thing is seasonal skills and how to sew in there’s different in with my be dance for a company there’s different seasonal skills it could be how to dress for fall how to get ready for a winter recital or an example I read an article is how to clean your grill because a lot of people at the end of grilling season are going to want to clean that old dirty grill. So you can make a video if you can make an article explaining that people were going to look at that people are going to associate your brand with quality it’ll get them to your website. So that’s what you want to do and number five I have for you talk about any kind of special things coming up. So like what are what are the top things in your industry or that your consumers are interested in. So once again for the dancers it would be the fact that fall recitals or winter recitals are coming up and preparing for those. So I might want to make an article seven things you need to know before your winter recital or seven tips to make this one a recital the best one ever a lot of different content idea there for the crossfitters bitters biohackers all that kind stuff it could be like I said maybe how to bulk up and gain mass this holiday season how to increase your lifts over winter it could be a lot of different things think about what your consumers are interested in and what fall means to them and try to write articles around that. So that’s it for the five different types of content marketing now I want to talk a little bit about a big update I have. So this is the catalog here be dance where I’m going to open it up show you can see that the about us page and I mean it could definitely be prettier I’ll just show you some stuff here that’s a start let’s see if I can get to the colors right here. So that’s some of our different colors and then all what I did is on the flip side is this like DIY guide easy step-by-step and there’s some formatting issues but I’m just going to show you the basics of it here well you open it up and it shows you how to do different DIY stuff and it has like little links to videos visit the dance where / rhinestone place for a full video tutorial. So it’s kind of exciting this is version point I’m going to be shipping or I’m going to be redoing it and there’s a lot of you see the little like tax or whatever things up there there’s some errors that need to be fixed I’m going to definitely do that and I’m hoping to get version 1.1 out pretty soon. So this was 35 bucks just for this one but we’re going to buy a thousand of them and it’s going to cost about two thousand dollars. So two dollars apiece for you know 84 pages which is pretty good. So that is my big update for be dancer I have some other stuff we have some new pincher strategies if you guys are interested in that leave a comment below and I’ll definitely talk about that the last thing I want to talk about just really quickly is a day challenge I’m doing and the day challenge is going to be basically days can I start a successful business in working days now I’m only going to work on this one day a week for the rest of this year but starting next year I’m actually going to up that two to three four depends on how it goes.
