I got a nice little fire going this morning it’s one of the fun types of things everybody everyone saw you did some cool things going on something to do in the minute journal my ideas for the day basically today I’m going back to the CrossFit Games. So I’ll get some kids from there for sure this time and just going around doing that sample I don’t I don’t know how effective is actually going to believe but I think no matter what it’s worth planning to speed for the future when the company is in full swing. So if I’m doing this morning during the fire having a little bit of coffee kooky and doing the morning routine in regionals on a head-up example started talks from the vendor’s and keep they’d want a partner do any kind of collaboration I get a little bit of footage of what it looks like in here.

Right now we got around a little bit I get the GoPro bill. So the – there’s beautiful things I did on day of the Sunday I actually took the day off and spent some time with family because I was in San Diego when it came back up to LA after that spent some time a family obviously if you cannot of time driving ended up playing Cleveland just playing Settlers of Catan that night we’re just lunch with my sister and my family and then afterwards he’s mostly relaxing spend a little bit of time at the park had a nice day but then for day which was yesterday I did a lot of actually I’d be very helpful things indeed that stands out of my memory in particular is in different videos one the video making Mr. Jim Barris he’s been a big influence in my life and really helped me realize a lot of the things and help me create this company Performance Nut Butter.
