In this video, I am going to give you my review of onlinejobs.ph. So, I have used a lot of sites to hire virtual assistants to outsource work and I will tell you right now off the bat onlinejobs@ph is one of my favorite ones. But, in this video, we will weigh the pros and the cons and let you determine if onlinejobs.ph is right for you. It may or may not be. It depends really on what your objectives are. So, let’s start from the beginning.

Why should you use onlinejobs.ph? Well, you should use it if you are looking for a full-time or a part-time virtual assistant (VA). If you are just looking to outsource one single job, go to a site like upwork.com or some site like fiverr.com  or 99designs.com if you are looking for some design work. If you are looking for a real virtual assistant (VA), onlinejobs.ph is by far the way to go.

I have a ton of other videos on how to hire VAs. You can search for those but in this one let’s just talk about the website online jobs at onlinejobs.ph. So, there are a lot of different ways to accomplish this. You can go through third-party brokers. You can have hire people that will help you find a VA but personally, I do not recommend doing that. How you choose to do this will depend on your situation. If you make a ton of money and you do not want to spend any time trying to find a VA, then you may want to pay someone to hire your VA for you. However, it is not that hard to hire a VA. I have done it using online jobs.ph. I have a complete system I will talk about if you get my free ecommerce success pack. I also have other videos, too.

Basically with onlinejobs.ph, there is so many VAs that when you post an ad, you get 40 to 50 replies saying something like, “Hey, I want this job” or “Hey, I want this job now.” One of the downsides of onlinejobs.ph is you have to pay 50 bucks per month for a membership. After the first month, you can easily cancel it. It is not a big deal. One of the cool things about the site and one of the reasons I use the site is they have a 100% money-back guarantee. So, if you do pay the 50 bucks and you do not find a VA, you can get that money back. If you want to be a little sketchy, which I do not recommend, you can pay the 50 bucks, get a VA and just ask for a refund. In fact, to be honest, when I first signed up for onlinejobs.ph, I thought about doing that. I was going to pay the $50, get a VA and ask for a refund just to get my $50 back. But the site was good and I did find a good VA. I felt like they had earned that $50. This is rare for me because basically I am a cheap guy. I did not want to pay that 50 bucks and had to be a really high quality site for me to feel that way now.

As far as the site itself, I will say there are some things that could be updated. There are some things that do not work quite as well as I would like. There are a lot of good things as well. But there are, you know, some things that I feel act a little bit janky in certain areas.

That being said if you are going to hire a part-time or full-time VA, I would recommend onlinejobs.ph 100%. In fact, I have a link available if you click up here.
