I’ve starting the morning off a little bit of coffee over there going to do some planning send us an email for the affiliates then jiu-jitsu and then I’m going to go to a bunch of different MMA jiu-jitsu and Kosta gyms to give out free samples. So we’re going to go get some coffee first start the day with a little bit of planning and just that kind of stuff a little bit of planning and get ready with some coffee and some breakfast I’m actually going to be having some oatmeal protein powder that I brought though my girlfriend will probably get some real food you little effort religion soon with Dave Camarillo very nice guy very knowledgeable obviously Institute – that was a good amount of fun got a good workout in which is nice especially when you’re on the road trip it’s easy to bring it to get a workout in.

I got the workout in and now we’re going over to a beer garden me him and a few other people from the from guerilla jujitsu. So we’re going over to the Aero Garden I have to be you’re supposed I which is something I make my girlfriend let’s do I’ve been talking about all week I’m excited Dave Camarillo invited me out for some beers. So excited for that I’ll try to get a little bit of images and some pictures from inside but obviously I’m not going to be good guy like hey I got a document in this entire thing. So we’re going over right now to downtown Pleasanton to have a few beers that’s about that’s lunch here at this place that looks pretty cool try to eat that more local just like random places I’ve eaten that a lot of in the past because in the past I’ve done a lot like Sedova and other things like that it seems like I’m going to do something kind of like a Qdoba or something like that for lunch and then a pokey place for dinner unless I can find something cool since organic looks kind of cool this is a quick bracket wrap up the conversation with Dave Camarillo went really well like a really cool guy in his buddy Matt or buddy also another owner of guerilla Jiu Jitsu had a conversation with them had a few beers awesome guys just really fun just getting to hang out and talk to them.

Now we’re going to go get some lunch purple. So I looked at the Google map I’ve looked at hot in Ireland of three drops against right where for me is the crowd for a little bit embarrassing and we’re losing to go down to San Jose but a figured why not just tell me to go over is different jars I give these get jarred out to people in Pleasanton and then afterwards I’ll do a recap video the tasting Club pretty well I I say the first one was really good I went in there and they’re really nice and I was really nice we actually just got to start using coffee tell me that you feel happy about certain teaching a class but you want to take the time to talk to me he wasn’t the only record of instructors that’s instructor as I was getting ready to leave the instructor came and he shook my hand talked a little bit about it and the next gym I went to the hill are also very nice there I don’t think it went – might as well thank him to be honest one of the issues was I opened the jar first turn it up in the car and then I gave them the open jar I think maybe there are a little bit you like you can tomato joke of all that will get common Ella and you know obviously I know that it’s clean but maybe it’s better to open it in front of them something I’m debating I open it probable I definitely want to be served beforehand because it does separate there’s some natural oil separation let’s say the biggest lesson learned here is I mean I get three gin in minutes it felt like just rapid-fire and I got a chance to meet the owners and there was really no pressure.

I think rather than sitting at the table and doing tastings which I still will do like the first thing I should do is go in it subscribe. So even one product launches and once I’m in LA I’m going to give gym owners to try it and then of the ones interested and after they’ve tried and say hey email and say hey do you mind if I come in to do a tasting and that way they already know who I am you know I’m not trying to like take Valley from them about trying to sell Milan anything per se that was one big lesson I think tomorrow were inside to hit up sleep crosses much in just a gym in the Bay Area and possibly fan of thing. So that’s it I’m right now actually one more quick little tip how we just fucked oh. So we’re having a little bit of an issues I think you get one in two languages hum road trip book your hotel a day or two in advance. So you get out there B&B and sometimes you submit a request and they don’t respond for hours and hours and it’s just. So much of a headache trying to book the hotel the same day let’s definitely want to say there was the second thing to know I’m blanking.

I guess I’ll tell this to once again a knack you a lot of sleep a tab at night that sleep. So I’ve been a little off crashed right now oh here’s the second thing one.
