In this episode of the effective e-commerce podcast we’re we talking about mindset and the secret to success this is one of those things that sounds really new AG and all I kept a dippy and all that kind of stuff but it’s actually really important there’s a lot of science to back it up and. So I’m going to talk about in this episode why it’s. So important in what tips and tactics you can use at home to actually help yourself out make this into a reality and make this work for you basically.

This is like I said is one of the secrets to success super-important and I’ve seen it in myself the difference now between now and when I started is I believe that I can make money I know that I can make money online I remember when I first started especially for the first few weeks the idea of it’s. So funny to think back with the idea of making money online what seemed almost impossible like I knew it was possible but I was like yeah but like it seems harder than it was it almost seems unrealistic now that I’ve done it a lot it seems super easy and launching a new company launching a new product launching a new course doing all these different kind of things I just know that I’m gonna make money from it and when you have that idea of I know I’m gonna make money from it you end up working harder you end up coming up with more creative ideas it’s kind of like in my life actually one quick example is I knew I went to USC which was like my dream College and I knew that I was gonna get in there. So that it was easier doing the homework it was easier doing all the work because in my heart of hearts I just knew that I’m gonna be able to do this. So there wasn’t as much debate now that’s not always something that can be you know you can’t just read a book and now you’re fixed we will talk later in this later in this episode about a book you can read that will help help you with this but it’s gotta come deep from within and one of the hard parts about and why.

Many people struggle with it is it something you almost have to do to know that you can do but there are some hacks. So like I said right now I know that if I went down to nothing like if all my company’s just evaporated overnight I’m sure I’d be very upset but there’d be no doubt in my head that I could do it again I’d be able to do it again. So much faster in fact I did I launched the performance nut butter again and I made it more profitable quicker than I did with B dancer B dancer my first initial company was it took a long time before it was profitable and even now it’s you know it takes time too it’s still hard it’s still hard work don’t get me wrong but when I started this company over again I knew what it took to start a successful company I learned a lot of lessons and I think that’s another thing we want to talk about with mindset in the secret to success is that you’re gonna learn lessons and things that are super obvious to me now to a beginner are not like I do some consulting work and some of the people that I consult with their ideas for companies are just terrible and I explain to them like what they need to do to make it into a company that’s actually gonna make money and actually gonna be profitable and they usually agree with me that usually say oh wow that’s so brilliant but I just didn’t think about it and I’m and that’s part of life is going through making mistakes learning these lessons and then you get better at it it’s like anything it’s imagine a concert pianist showing off his skills to someone has never played piano before they’re like wow that’s amazing but to him it’s like walking it’s second nature and he’s built up these skills over time that he can learn a new piece of music like that very quickly. So one story I want to tell and that to get you know I’m not a politically motivated person I don’t have not the two sides here I think it’s interesting before Donald Trump was the president he had an interest you know an interesting section in his biography where he talked about how and I found this story out before he actually was president.

I’m not pro or anti Trump whatever but it’s just an interesting story because he was a billionaire and he lost everything he went down to zero he had a story about how he was walking and he saw a homeless guy and how that homeless guy had more money than him because he was in debt he was actually had negative money but he was able to get back up to a billion dollars again and that’s interesting when you hear this a lot with gamblers as well there’s a lot of gamblers that become multimillionaires they make a bad bet they lose it all but they they’re able to claw their way up back to multimillionaires again why because they have the mindset they have this mindset that they know they can be successful now they have a little bit bad of a mindset because they go for millions down to nothing that’s part of the the negative part of their mindset but the good part of them that is knowing that they can do it.
