In this video, I am going to set up Facebook Pixel in Shopify.

1. Go to your Facebook Ads Manager.
2. Click dropdown then tools then Pixels it takes a second or two to load up.
3. Click add data source then Facebook Pixel.
4. Change create pixel name then click create.
5. Copy Pixel ID then go to the Shopify account and paste it.

Let’s talk about Shopify I know we are doing Bigcommerce vs. Big Cartel but truthfully unless you are an artist you can use big cartel but if you are a serious entrepreneur I wouldn’t go with Bigcommerce I would go with Shopify. 99 percent of the people I would go with Shopify.

So let’s talk about the winner here. Well, It’s a little bit complicated. For 99% of the people, I say Shopify. You can use Bigcommerce. 1% towards Big cartel

Hey, everyone, I wanted to give you a quick update on what’s been going on my new company Performance Nut Butter. Not surprising there’s still more issues but I’m going to talk about all the production stuff all the other issues later in this video because that’s all the stuff that it’s going to be all the stuff that the Kickstarter people want to know about so I’ll do the Kickstarter update after I talk about some of the logistical things that I’ve been doing that I know all your business minded people want to know about so this last week to be honest has kind of been a lazy one I’m going to go off on a little bit of a tangent but the main thing I got done was the home page I redesigned my home page and I’ll show a clip of what I did for my home page but before it was pretty crappy I think I’ve shown it before in previous videos it’s pretty crappy but I basically made it into a sales page including at the end I had where you could buy it right from the home page and if you go to well it’s probably not Performance Nut Butter calm yet but in the next week if you go to perform its nut butter calm you’ll get to see exactly what it looks like right now it’s still on my Shopify you know whatever performance – nut butter -whatever add at Shopify calm anyway so I did that I did the same thing with the product page I added some different little sections I worked on the SEO for it I did the pricing so I figured out how to do pricing and it’s not as straightforward is that what I thought you (more…)

In this podcast episode we’re going to be talking about off page SEO and getting backlinks to your website so I quickly wanted to do a review of on-page and off-page SEO just in case you forgot so let’s go over again on-page and off-page SEO so on page SEO is everything you can do to your website to make it easily readable for Google this is a must everyone should do this as soon as possible off page SEO is basically just getting links from other websites to your website and the more important that website is the better it’s kind of an it’s kind of a voting system it’s kind of a popularity contest in a lot of ways and the quick way that Google calculates what they call page rank and page rank is and it’s there’s a few different definitions of this but the one that I usually talk about is there’s a PageRank of one two three all the way up till ten and ten it’s like there’s almost no websites that are PageRank ten maybe I think Wikipedia might be but even what kopitiam might be a nine Google is probably the only one that is for sure a ten if you look it up but a website likeharvard.edu might be a PageRank of eight and how this is calculated is it takes a look at how many links go in to Harvard and are linking different studies that Harvard does and also it takes into account how many outward links it has so if a website has too many links linking from its own website to others that could potentially reflect negatively on it but not always okay so that’s the first thing I want to talk about and remember Google is just a (more…)

 In this video I’m going to talk about the number one thing you need to eliminate to become successful and the number one thing you need to eliminate is a scarcity mindset. Now wait don’t leave yet I know that sounds all woowoo and you know whatever but let me just let me explain what I mean by this the scarcity mindset is and you hear a lot about this in like self-help books and whatever but the scarcity mindset is always thinking “oh I’ve only got this much money I need to hold on to it and I’m not saying go spend your money obviously out I’m not saying to go rent fancy hotels or anything crazy like that what I’m saying is you’re going to have to spend a little bit of money to make money and you’re going to have to be confident that you’re going to be successful so scarcity mindset is on this end knowing that you’re going to be successful is on this end now if you have this confidence and you know that you don’t have this scarcity mindset you know you’re going to be successful you’re going to look for opportunities to be successful once again this might sound lulu but it’s just how your brain works if you’re always thinking everybody’s out to screw you you’re going to notice every time someone is out to screw you and every time something sucks but if you’re all about and you’re thinking how great life is and how successful you’re going to be you’re going to look wow that’s going to make me more successful I’m not perfect at this I’m not going to sit here and try to say that Wow I’ve got this great mindset and I never have scarcity no I (more…)
